Privacy and texting terms
What we collect. If you email us, we keep your message to answer it. The Near me button and the ZIP box use your location only inside your browser to sort by distance; it is never sent to us or stored. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies, and Google Analytics, which uses cookies to show how people find and use the site, such as the city they visit from. We don't use them for ads. You can block these cookies in your browser settings or with Google's opt-out add-on. We also count taps on Call and Directions for each venue, and searches that find nothing, so we know what to add. Those counts carry no personal details.
Texts to venues. We text bar, brewery and legion contacts who agree on a call, by email, or by texting us first. Messages confirm event schedules and listing changes, usually about once a week. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We never sell or share mobile numbers or text opt in data with third parties for marketing.

Terms of use
Listings are for general information. Days, times and prices change, so check with the venue before you go.
What the labels mean. Verified means the venue confirmed its schedule with us on the date shown. Checked means we saw it on the venue’s own page or calendar on that date. Call to confirm means we could not confirm it recently. None of these are a guarantee that an event will happen as listed.
Raffles, bingo and prizes. Raffles, bingo, drawings, pull tabs and their prizes and jackpots are run by the venue or the organization named, not by What’s On Tap MN. They are responsible for following Minnesota law, including any license and age rules. We list them as the venue advertises them.
The site's design, wording, logo and compilation belong to What's On Tap MN. You may share links and individual listings. You may not scrape, bulk copy or republish the listings, or use automated tools to collect them, without written permission.
Venues can ask us to change or remove a listing anytime at events@whatsontapmn.com, and we will do it promptly.
